Dharshan Jayasinghe is the President for the Healthcare/Life Sciences Division.  Dharshan brings his unfailing energy to the StraussGroup team with the ability to achieve extraordinary results for clients and candidates alike.

With an MBA and an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Organizational Development, Dharshan's background enables him to provide healthcare organizations with cutting edge leaders that help them to achieve their goals.

While serving in the U.S. Navy and in the private sector, Dharshan served on numerous quality-assessment and process-improvement teams measuring organizational productivity and performance. His investigative experience encompasses research measuring leadership effectiveness, cross-cultural leadership strategies, operational efficiencies, customer relationship management, organizational training effectiveness, organizational change, and employee affective commitment to the organization. Dharshan has been instrumental in the development of a highly technical & successful healthcare recruitment division. The StraussGroup Healthcare division has effectively facilitated the fulfillment of hard-to-fill executive positions as well as mid to upper level clinical and nonclinical positions across a broad spectrum of healthcare related organizations.
