Annette joined StraussGroup as a Senior Executive Search Consultant after a successful career in banking and financial services at M&T Bank, First Niagara Bank, Key Bank, and USI Insurance, where she held multiple senior and strategic leadership roles. She focuses on supporting the financial services segment, including commercial banking, retail banking, mortgage banking, wealth management, insurance, finance, and accounting.
Based on her thorough understanding of the financial services sector, Annette is able to leverage her extensive experience to help both employers and candidates find the perfect match. She works collaboratively with small community banks, mid-size regional banks, national banks, and nationwide mortgage lenders. Annette is also involved with the placement of senior-level executives across a broad range of other industries including manufacturing, and not-for-profit organizations.
Annette is a lifelong resident of Western New York and has an extensive professional and personal network. She supports several community-based organizations and is an active volunteer. Annette holds an MBA, Finance and a B.S., Economics from Canisius College.
When not working with her clients and candidates, you can find Annette at a local baseball or softball diamond cheering on her children and their teams. She also enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, golfing, and recently adopted a rescue dog named Oliver.
