Janine Tramont is an Executive Search Consultant focused on talent acquisition, business development and is skilled in placement of mid, C and senior-level executives with specialties in Non-Profit and Healthcare.
A former Development Executive, Janine has led strategic initiatives for some of the area’s most prominent educational, nonprofit, and cultural institutions. Janine is responsible for having raised millions of dollars in major gifts for local Capital Campaigns focused on education and health care initiatives. Her expertise includes philanthropy, business and economic development, entrepreneurship, and strategic planning.
Previously, she worked at the Buffalo Niagara Partnership as a Senior Investor Relations Executive, Director of Business Development & Special Projects for the University at Buffalo, Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, Capital Campaign Manager for the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr., Explore and More Children’s Museum and most recently as the Director of Development at BestSelf Behavioral Health, the largest community behavioral health provider in Western New York.
Janine received her B.A. in Communication from Canisius College and was featured in Buffalo Spree’s, WNY Most Powerful issue and served on the Board of the Canisius College Women’s Business Center, served as a former Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Buffalo, BizWomen Mentor for Business First’s annual Mentoring Monday and Mentor for the University at Buffalo, Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, Core Program.
She currently serves on the Women’s Leadership Summit Committee of the WNY Women’s Foundation, volunteers with the Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary Club and as a Member of the Capital Campaign Committee to fund the new, expanded, state-of-the-art, Child Advocacy Center at BestSelf.
Recognition and honors include Small Business Advocate of the Year, Amherst Chamber of Commerce, Women in Business Champion of the Year, U.S. Small Business Administration, Buffalo District and the Elite Sales and Marketing Executive Award, Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives.
