Nicholas Giambrone is Director of Business Development at StraussGroup, where he focuses on driving new client development and supporting the firm’s expansion across private equity-backed manufacturing and industrial markets. His role centers on originating retained executive search engagements and building long-term relationships with private equity firms and their portfolio companies throughout the Northeast. He contributes to the firm’s broader growth strategy, with an emphasis on positioning StraussGroup as a trusted partner to investors and operators navigating complex talent decisions.

His work is grounded in a consultative, market-informed perspective, incorporating commercial insight and emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—to enhance how organizations approach executive hiring and leadership strategy.

Prior to joining StraussGroup, Nicholas was engaged in business development and strategic partnerships, serving as a Strategic Alliance Partner with Pusateri Consulting. He is also the founder of Flow Syndicate, a sales coaching and consulting platform focused on performance, communication, and client acquisition. Through this work, he has advised professionals and business owners on growth strategy while developing a strong foundation in client engagement and revenue generation.

Nicholas is the host of The Flow Syndicate Podcast, a leadership-focused platform featuring conversations with business leaders and public officials across Western New York. He has hosted multiple workshops on personal branding, communication, and artificial intelligence, and has been invited to speak at Vistage executive peer groups on the practical application of AI in business. He is an active member of both The Buffalo Club and the Country Club of Buffalo, where he continues to build relationships within the regional business community.

Nicholas earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Canisius University.

Outside of work, he enjoys golf and remains actively engaged in the Western New York business community.
