Executive Search

A retained search assures customers a total commitment from StraussGroup to present a minimum of four to eight qualified candidates typically within six to eight weeks. 3-5 qualified candidates in 30 days with a 95% fill rate.

Each search begins with a designated team of at least three StraussGroup experts: an industry specific search consultant, a sophisticated research analyst (project coordinator) and dedicated administrative support staff.
