Retained Executive Search

Most of our customers elect to pursue the retained executive search option for middle to senior-level positions.

RPO (Project Work)

Many of our customers have volume recruiting needs that need to be filled on a consistent basis. We have a dedicated team that specializes in RPO.

Contract Staffing

Most of our customers elect to pursue the contract staffing option for temporary and project work with time-sensitive situations. Candidates are presented within 24-48 hours.

Other Services

In addition to search, we also provide candidate assessments, succession planning and leadership coaching. Generally, this is part of our partnership agreement with our clients. We can also provide these services separately.
