Mortgage Banking
As the newest member of StraussGroup, Kari brings with her decades of media experience. She graduated from Ball State University with a master’s degree in journalism and has taken her writing talent to a number of Western New York media platforms. Having written articles and commercial advertising copy for newspapers, broadcast news, and radio, Kari’s interviewing style and interaction with clients and candidates make her an asset to the StraussGroup mortgage recruiting team.
Outside of the office, Kari can be found pursuing two of her passions: fitness and writing novels. She recently took the stage in a bodybuilding competition and walked away with five medals. Kari is also a published fiction author of two novels: Return to Garrison and Under the Dogwood Tree.
